Contact MeSibling Preparation (ages 3 and up)
Is your child going to be at your birth? Even if they are not going to witness the birth of their sibling, feeling involved and understanding what’s happening can help them feel like it’s their baby and not their replacement. I offer a fun and age appropriate childbirth education class for children 3 and up. Plus tips and tricks for parents. We cover anatomy, physiology, sounds, what to do, and how to help. Making them feel included is an amazing start to their sibling relationship and normalizing birth is an incredible gift!

Postpartum Support
6 2 hour meetings which can include depending on your desires:
- Nourishing food
- Check out the menu
- Birth story writing (and illustrating, if desired)

A relaxing postpartum ritual Rebozo massage that brings the mother back into her body around 40 days postpartum. 2 doulas and 1.5 hours.

- Overdue Meeting (after 40 weeks) consisting of acupressure, Spinning babies balancing techniques,and induction massage (1.5 hours)
- Breech Meeting including spinning babies balancing techniques, moxibustion, and tips and tricks. (1.5 hours)
- Meal service, either prenatally or postpartum so you can relax and be well nourished. See the meals page for details. Can be made to be frozen to build your stash.
- Cloth Diaper education including materials I bring so you can see and feel the products.
- House work
- Helping hands (Such as bringing groceries, dog walking, etc)

You can gift a friend or loved one an amount toward her doula. What would be nicer than to find that your babyshower guests got together and paid for your doula service? What a gift! Besides, who remembers the onesies anyway?
